The mailbox key doesn’t work, so we submitted a work order and what we got back was step by step instructions on how to turn a key in a lock.
"Insert Key the opposite way. The cut side up & turn to the right".
I came in to work with my mom to work today. When we got there the mailbox outside her office had a weird symbol on it. It looked like it said the word go, but it looks almost like gang writing. It was written in blue paint and I have to scrub it off. The building is not locked so it could have been anyone. Any ideas what it could be? Could it be a gang symbol or something? She works on the CU campus if that helps. Thanks! =)

i live in an apartment building with my boyfriend and there are 4 other small lock mailboxes, and his last name is on the box, i forgot to put my and i’ve already missed a very imporartant letter twice, what happens to it?
Our cul-de-sac has one of those big plastic boxes where everyone’s mail is put and then you have to have a key to open your slot thinger. Someone thought they were funny and fooled around with ours and now our key won’t even go into the lock. What should we do? Do we contact the authories or US mail service? Do we just call a locksmith?
Will I have to wait longer, or will I receive the mail faster since the p.o. box will be located at my local post office? Also, if I receive mail that requires a signature, will the post office hold it until I pick it up in person, or deliver it to my home address?
Last but not least, does the post office change locks between customers? Thanks
a lockbox mailbox lock is frozen i even put on wd 40 it isn’t moving i try to push the key in the hole not moving though any advice

It would only take me 5 minutes MAX. We have one of those security mailboxes where the whole blocks’ are in those lock boxes. I have mixed feelings. I usually wait for my husband to get the mail. Or put her in the stroller, which is actually a pain in the butt.
